Smoking, alcohol, and any substance use are strictly prohibited inside the PG premises.
Maintain silence between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM so that fellow residents can rest and study.
Day visitors are allowed in common areas till 8:00 PM. Overnight guests are not permitted.
For safety reasons, cooking and electrical heating appliances are not allowed inside rooms.
Monthly rent is due by the 5th of every month. A late fee applies after the 7th.
Keep your room tidy and cooperate with daily housekeeping staff for a hygienic environment.
Report any electrical, plumbing or furniture issues to the warden within 24 hours.
Treat staff and fellow residents with respect. Any harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated.
